// About
A deliberately small engineering consultancy.
Euphoria Agency is a Geneva-based engineering consultancy. The promise is simple: one senior technical partner, from the first call until long after go-live. No sales pyramid, no juniors billed at senior rates.
The pattern that shaped this agency.
Most SME leaders I meet have the same story: an IT project kicked off with a Big-4 firm or a pyramid agency, several handoffs, a deliverable that "almost works," and nobody to call when production breaks.
The hidden cost isn't the day-rate. It's time wasted in meetings, technical decisions made by people who will never ship the code, and dependency on a provider who disappears once the project is invoiced.
Euphoria was built to do the opposite: few projects in parallel, a lot of depth on each, and the same senior engineer who talks to the leadership, designs the system, writes the code, and stays reachable after go-live.
Yohan Fougeray.
12+ years of software engineering, the most recent ones designing and shipping production AI systems: fine-tuned LLMs, tool-use agents, RAG architectures at scale.
Before Euphoria, I worked on products that ship to production daily, not prototypes, not POCs. Today I do the same job, but directly with leadership, with no one in between.
The role is intentionally broad: I can be your architect on an AI project, your technical lead on a cloud rebuild, or your engineering partner on something larger. The constant is that nobody else stands between you and the code.
A few principles.
Tailored, not catalog-driven
We don't push a stack or a product. We look at what's in place and choose the solution that holds up over time, even if that means recommending you build nothing.
Your team builds autonomy
The goal isn't to make you dependent. Code and decisions are documented; your team is trained along the way. At the end, you own the system, you don't rent it.
We stay after go-live
On-demand advisory and on-call are part of our engagements. No surprise when something breaks at 2am six months later.
Few clients, lots of attention
The agency doesn't grow by hiring juniors. It targets a realistic load for one senior partner, and refers out when the calendar is full.

First call is free. We see together whether the engagement makes sense.
