Privacy policy

We collect the strict minimum. No ad pixels, no data resale, no cross-site profiling. Anonymized audience measurement via PostHog only if you accept it. Here are the details.

Legal framework

This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD), in force since 1 September 2023, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors based in the European Union.

Data we collect

When you contact us

If you write to contact@euphoriaagency.com or via LinkedIn, we keep your email, name and the content of your message — only as long as needed to handle your request and reasonably follow up.

Hosting technical logs

Our host (Cloudflare) generates technical logs (IP address, user-agent, request timestamps) for security, fraud prevention and service continuity. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's policy and are not used for marketing.

Audience measurement — PostHog (consent required)

If you explicitly accept via the consent banner, we measure site usage with PostHog (EU instance, Frankfurt). Data collected: page views, visit duration, browser and screen resolution, traffic source. No advertising pixel, no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's local storage.

Browser local storage

The only storage used is localStorage, to remember your theme preference (light / dark), language, and your choice regarding audience measurement. No HTTP cookies are set by the site.

Purposes

  • Reply to your inquiries and manage the business relationship
  • Ensure the security and proper functioning of the site
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

Subprocessors and transfers

We use technical providers to host the site and handle email. Your data may transit through servers outside Switzerland and the EU (notably in the United States), with appropriate contractual safeguards.

  • AWS S3 + CloudFront (hosting) — EU Frankfurt region + global edge
  • Infomaniak (email + DNS) — Switzerland
  • PostHog Cloud EU (audience measurement, on consent) — Frankfurt, EU

Retention period

Prospect emails are retained for the duration of the active business relationship, then archived or deleted in line with our legal duties (10 years for Swiss accounting records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to processing, and request portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@euphoriaagency.com. We respond within 30 days.

You may also file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or with your member-state supervisory authority in the EU.
